CLIENT INFORMATION:
On your 1st treatment, a full consultation will be conducted to ensure your safety, all information is held strictly in confidence. Please be aware if somebody has a pre-existing medical condition, you may need to speak to your doctor before treatment can commence.
It is advisable to shower shortly before your massage not only for hygiene reasons but to help to warm your muscles and remove deposits from the skin.
Loose clothing is advisable following your massage , for both your comfort and in order to prevent oil transfer.
Full aftercare will be given to you, it is a good idea not to plan anything too strenuous following your treatment, ideally you should take it easy and allow as much rest as possible.
DRINK MORE WATER, TO HELP WITH THE DETOXIFICATION OF THE BODY'S SYSTEMS.
SMOKING ALCOHOL AND CAFFINE SHOULD BE REDUCED OR AVOIDED FOR 24HOURS IF POSSIBLE.
All massages can be modified to your particular preference, please do not hesitate to ask.
Cancellation policy: I would appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations please, missed appointments will incur 50% of treatment cost or a voucher booking forfeited.
