Therapeutic Massage:

A extremely effective massage for treatment of muscle tension, stress relief and making you feel human again.100% organic oils are used to work deeply into muscles to relieve pain, tension, and detox the body.Based on the swedish massage techniques, a mixture of both gliding and accupressure massage movements,this is excellent for general aches and pains especially shoulder, neck or back pain.

HOPI EAR CANDLING.

A Biosun hollow candle is placed gently into the ear canal whilst you lay on you side, heat creats a gentle vaccum stablising the air pressure within the ear drum and inner ear, an excellent treatment and gives relief from blocked ears, sinusitus, vertigo, headaches and tinnitus, all finished with a gentle lymphatic drainage massage of the face and head.

Reiki Balance

A safe non -invasive therapy suitable for all ages, given fully clothed whilst lying down, uses the energy flow from the practitioners hands to rebalance your own energy flow, this can often be blocked making you feel tired, stressed or unwell. This treatment can result in deep relaxation, reduced fatique, a positive impact on mood and performance and a general sense of good health and well-being.
